Are you not confident yet on doing everything on your own?

It's normal to feel uncomfortable whenever you start doing something new. As a beginner, it is recommended to have sessions with a coach to ensure proper execution and build the confidence in what you are doing.

1-on-1 In-Person Training Session (Montréal and nearby cities only)

A face-to-face session to train, conduct a fitness assessment, or learn how to do exercises properly in a gym, a sports complex, a personal gym or at your house.

The Experienced Lifter

Experience is a great teacher. Hence, you are confident with your exercise execution and knowledge. This package is built to help people who just needs direction and a plan that works to upgrade to the next stronger version of you.

The Experienced Lifter Package

Based on your goal and current condition, a progressive training program will be assigned to you. At the end of each month, the program will be adjusted based on your feedback using an online form.
